Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)

Our SLPs support communication development across all ages, helping individuals express themselves confidently and effectively. Areas of focus include:

  • expressive and receptive language

  • social communication

  • AAC support and training

  • articulation and clarity

  • functional communication for daily life

Therapy is always neurodivergent-affirming. paced to the individual, and rooted in meaningful connection.

 

Occupational Therapy (OT)

Our OTs help individuals build the skills needed for everyday participation, independence, and wellbeing. Support may include:

  • emotional regulation and sensory strategies

  • fine-motor and coordination skills

  • executive functioning and organization

  • daily living routines (dressing, hygiene, meals)

  • school, home, and community participation

OT sessions are practical, playful, and tailored to each person's strengths and needs.

 

Behaviour Analysis

Our Behaviour Analysts use compassionate, autonomy-respecting approaches that prioritize dignity, consent, and meaningful outcomes. We support:

  • emotional regulation

  • communication and social understanding

  • daily living skills

  • independence and self-advocacy

  • routines and transitions

We do not use compliance-based methods. Growth happens through collaboration, respect, and real-life relevance.

 

Behaviour Aide Support

Behaviour Aides work alongside our clinicians to provide hands-on, supportive sessions in home, clinic, school, and community settings. Aide support may include:

  • practicing skills guided by clinicians

  • modelling strategies for families

  • supporting routines and transitions

  • community participation and outings

  • reinforcing confidence and independence

Aides are trained in neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based approaches.
